Our Goal
Our goal is to uplift the youth throughout the state of New Jersey, more specifically those that seek an education from Rutgers University in New Brunswick to achieve higher life aspirations.
We believe all young adults can embrace who they are,
can define their future, and can change the world.
Our Mission
The Tau Zeta Alumni Association, Inc. (TZAA) is an organization that serves as a liaison and facilitates an active relationship between students and alumni. Members will increase the awareness of the Rutgers Community to the TZAA through services, programming, and special events. The TZAA will enhance the student experience by providing opportunities that strengthen their lifelong loyalty to Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, (hereafter “OMEGA”) Tau Zeta Chapter (hereafter “TZC”) at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey (hereafter “RUTGERS”) and also prepare the students to serve as future alumni leaders and volunteers.
Our Vision
Tau Zeta Alummi Association envision youth and young adults having equitable access to education opportunities, graduate from high school and college to become successful community minded adults regardless of circumstance.
